does anyone take a low dose of hydracortisone?  like 5mg. once or twice a day?    do you have any 
side effects from it?  does it help you feel better and lower your reactions to everything?
i am so reactive and super gluten sensitive.  and i am definitely gluten free.  but feel like i need some 
help and cant take any supplements.  thought maybe the low dose of cortisone would help, but don't 
want to create another problem in the process.  i need to have my thyroid checked again in a week.
i havent been able to take that.
