Thanks again to everyone and sorry for the delay in posting.

Restaurants in Dublin:

Roly's (in Ballsbridge). (it appears the chef has celiac, they have GF
bread,
The Merrion Hotel.
 It is conveniently located and it is a Celiac's dream.  They had gluten
free breads and rolls in the kitchen, so I could have toast with my
breakfast and rolls at dinner.  I had some excellent dinners at the Merrion.


This is a gluten-free bakery, if you go down the pages, it lists places in
Dublin that carry their products.
