The Columbia Celiac Support Group will meet on SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 
23rd, from 2 - 4 PM at the Lenoir Manor.

Directions:  at the intersection of Hwy 63 and Grindstone Pkwy go to 
the southeast access road.  Take the 2nd driveway to the Manor, which 
is the large building with the white columns.   From the lobby, turn 
right ad come to the end of the hall.  Signs will be posted to guide 
you.

Our speaker will be PAULA VANDELICHT, R.D., L.D., who is the Dietician 
from Hy-Vee Grocery.  Our Moderator is Mary Swearingen.

Bring a snack to share if you wish and the recipe.  Also bring any 
recipes that you think would be helpful to others.
