thank you all who responded with comments about pure encapsulations.  i appreciated your help 
greatly.

there were 6 very positive responses about the product.  it was mentioned that they had a very good 
helpline if anyone had any questions.

one family preferred solgar brand and also found them to have a great helpline.  

one member did not use pure encaps. vit. E  due to soy in the product.

another person did have problems with the filler in pure encaps. but not because of gluten.
