I had dinner at PF Chang's in Long Island NY for the first time and I was so impressed with them.  They have a gluten-free menu with lots of choices (vegetarian included, which I like).  The wait staff is knowledgeable and very helpful.  For a family chain, the food was surprisingly good.  How gratifying to know that there are places like theirs to eat and have a good - and safe - meal.

Let's let those restaurants that are supportive of us know how much we appreciate them.  Send emails or post good reviews online.  The awareness of celiac disease as a serious condition is building so let's keep our outreach efforts going.
