Having a big "do" for my daughter's sweet sixteen and want all the food
to be gf..
 
My specific question:   has anybody successfully made individual gf
cheese cakes?  We have a great recipe for mocha cheesecake; I was
wondering if we could modify it to make individual servings in cupcake
papers or muffin pans?
