Hi,
I have CD and have a GF menu in my Italian dining room style restaurant.

My Chef and cooks are well aware of cross-contamination issues. We have a
choice of many appetizers and entrees, and quite a few GF desserts as well.
Moreover, we have the Messagere, excellent GF beer on the menu.  It
is as good a beer as any best "gluten" one.

The Quebec celiac Fondation has voted our restaurant the best celiac 
friendly restaurant in Quebec province for 2 years.
