I just bought a used Lenovo 3000 N100 Type 0768-6EU

Needs a new DVD drive.   Will just any drive I can find advertised fit or do 
I have to try to buy a new one from Lenovo?

Also, it has an 80 gig HD marked SATA.  Newegg has a 360 gig one on sale 
marked SATA 30.Gb/s.  Will it work in my laptop?
