That they can never be sealed 100% and you eventually have bacteria growing
which then cause problems in your body. I got a root canal when I was around
22. Roughly 20 years later I started having problems with my teeth and that
one in particular. An x-ray revealed a dark area at the bottom of the root
canal. I chose to have the tooth pulled and there was a nasty infection.

Some people say the same issue exists with implants which is why I chose not
to get one. And for a crown, the two adjacent teeth have to be shaved down
and prepped so you essentially "lose" two more teeth which is why I did not
want a crown either. The removable partial seemed like a good option but now
I am wondering.

What risk is that? They are made of titanium and do not cause any
inflammation in the jaw bone - I haven't really studied up on them
though....
