well, Deri, i do not actally kmow the point that i
could still pull out. you recieve and offer with a
amount of "earnest money". the buyer pulls out except
as specified by contingencies in the contrat and he
loses his money. i'd guess, but not sure that the
seller could be sued for damages to cover the buyers
loss. i never ask anyone becouse i do not intend to
PULL out.
ANY BODY THAT CAN ANSWER dERI'S QUESTION?
