Then I guess you don't have Directory Assistance Exemption, because if you 
did, you'd have to use it; or at least that's my understanding.

I don't like to call Customer Services much any more for anything because I 
always get someone in India or the Philippines who can't speak English let 
alone solve the problem, because of this outsourcing of hundreds of 
thousands of jobs which our wonderful government is doing nothing to stop. 
These are jobs that our own people could and possibly could employ many 
blind people who are looking for work in a time when jobs are harder for us 
to come by than at any other time.
