This is off the top of my head, so it's far from perfect.  If you turn JFW's 
keyboard echo off, that should take care of the TX window since the only 
thing that changes is what you type, and it's not highlighted so Jaws won't 
speak it.  If the RX window stays in the same place on the screen, you could 
define a frame that reads that window every time it changes, or every time 
focus shifts to that window.  Does anything go on in the RX window while you 
are transmitting?  If not, you may not even have to fool around with frames, 
and turning off keyboard echo should be sufficient.  Then again, maybe I'm 
not fully understanding the situation.
