THE KENWOOD SOFTWARE JUST WON'T CONNECT!!!

Hi Everyone;

I am trying to use the KENWOOD ARCP software with my TS480.

HRD works just fine.

When I launch HRD software I hear a little beep in the radio and it connects 
just fine.

But, I can't get the KENWOOD program to work.

Their is a dialog box that comes up when I first launch the KENWOOD program 
but it goes away too fast and I can't read it with JAWS.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

And Is their any advantage between those two programs.
