Hi Howard,

I use Power DVD player.  It doesn't have a normal windows style menu, but if 
you hit the applications key, you can go through the tracks and adjust 
options including audio and video settings.

Has anybody found a good program for navigating and playing dvd's on
the computer?  I don't care about video since I can't see it.  I
would like to be able to move between and with in tracks however.
