So, I'm assuming this means there will be no CW exams at all, even if a
person was interested in CW, right? they would just get the license and do
CW where allowed? Kind of pointless to take an exam that won't give you
anything special. Or am I missing something?
I definitely still want to learn, though it's not like I'll be able to do HF
any time soon considering I live in an apartment, heh.
Btw, anyone know a site that lists the various operating privs in some kind
of accessible format? I saw one, I think on the fcc site itself, but
couldn't make heads or tails out of it the way it was formatted.

Don't know when it takes effect, but no more cw exams, boys and girls.
