No, they really didn't, and that's what disturbs me even more.

In fact, the guy I'm working with from Duxbury Systems says they don't
support Microsoft Excel, which I really find very hard to believe.

I have a hard time buying the idea that others like me don't use Braille
print-outs of Excel spreadsheets in their professional work.

Very strange!
