 It's a step by step on how to install these things.  I use the Gardner 
Bender tool mentioned on that page.  HRO sells it, or at least did 2 years 
ago, for about 10 bucks.  Gardner Bender is also a brand Home Depot carries 
in it's electrical department, and they may have it for a couple of bucks 
less.


Not too hard once you've done a couple, but as John said, you will need 
sighted help to seperate the red  from the black halvs  since  there is no 
way to tell the difference by feel.
