Hi everyone I have a couple of ideas going through my head. Since we
live in a tiny town and hardly any hams around here so not many
repeaters that we can hit. The two or three that we can get only have
about 6 people on a different times. And none of these repeaters have
IRLP on them. So hubby and I are thinking about setting up our own IRLP
node. Does anyone know what a good link radio would be? Also we were
thinking; even if we can only hit these two or three repeaters; to cross
band but to do that we would need a dual band mobile. So does anyone
have any ideas for this? If you have any suggestions for either of
these two things; please let me know.

Thanks
Holly
