Hi Dan,
What I have is 2 or 3 years old and I'm sure things change and evolve as
time goes on. What I have contains both the HC4, which I think Heil refers
to as the "dx dream machine", and the wider range HC5. I don't care for
the HC 4 at all but some claim that it is great at busting pile ups.
Heil may have some new offerings and as you have seen, some that are
particular to Icom rigs. I wish mine had come with a choice of the Gold
Line wide range element and perhaps today it may be in the product line.
