Hi list,

Just how strict a list is with respect to topic is ultimately up to the 
moderator.  This is a low traffic list, so it is apparent that the moderator 
allows off-topic posts.  On some very high traffic lists--such as Blind Tech 
or PC Audio--there are literally thousands of messages per day and thus the 
moderators run a tight ship.
