Thanks everyone for the computer info.  I think I know what I need to do to 
get the mouse issue resolved.  Someone made the very correct comment, 
however, that you need to remember how to undue it in the event you want 
sighted help.
As for outlook, that is still a mystery.  Why entering on a link in e-mail 
opens a word doc rather than just a new message is still unresolved.
