what? the condo community won't let him put up a 90 foot tower on the roof?
He probably lives in a very upper class hi cost district no doubt, so
antennas are probably similar to bringing in rotting meet to sit on ones
door step.
Art should go and buy 1000 achers of tropical jungle and then he can run all
the antennas he wants hi hi.
