Hi Folks!

I wrote to Dennis Motschenbacher yesterday, and just got this reply.
Below his reply is what I wrote to him. Just thought I'd share.

Dear Reeva,

Thank you for your msg. I will put this topic on the list of things I
want to look into once I start working at Yaesu. Thank you for the
suggestion; I do appreciate it.

Until I have an answer for you, take care and GL

Hello, Mr. Motschenbacher:

I'm wondering, when you start your work with Yaesu, if it would be
possible for you to implement a voice chip into the newer Yaesu rigs?

I am a blind ham of forty-five years, and every Yaesu radio I've seen
was a nightmare to operate--HT'S as well as mobile rigs on all bands.

Is there any way you can start the procedure and make our lives a
little more pleasant? Maybe then, I'd consider buying a Yaesu product.

Right now, Kenwood and Icom are the only ones making things accessible
for us.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Reeva Parry, K8DMU
