I'm not on Armour, but remembered I kept some notes about the equivalence info you are
looking for. Hope it helps! :)

Armour or dessicated thyroid 1 grain=1/7000 pound=64.799 milligrams (American Heritage
Dictionary, 3d Ed.) Synthroid/levothyroxine .1 mg (100 micrograms) In other words,
dosage-wise (not weight-wise or measurement-wise), 1 grain dessicated thyroid is
accepted as the dosage equivalent of .1mg (100 mcg) of Synthroid. So, all other things
being equal, if you take .3 mg (300 mcg) Synthroid, you would take 3 grains of Armour.
.2 mg (200 mcg) Synthroid would be 2 grains Armour, etc.
