May I also add a tidbit as another criteria:

1. Has been issued a prescription for either a tranquillizer or muscle
relaxer by a medical personnel agent, in lieu of proper treatment,
diagnosis, or both of the above, espcially at the onset of any display of
human emotion exhibited by the patient.
