Any thoughts on whether taking calcium (and eating/taking anything else known to
inhibit absorption of thyroid hormone) would benefit someone who is
*hyperthyroid*. I know there's an increased risk of osteoporosis with
hyperthyroid (oh goody), but am interested whether taking calcium would help the
thyroid problem itself, not just help reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
