I too have chronic low body temperature and low blood pressure. My
sister was recently diagnosed as hyperthyroid and many of my first degree
relatives on my father's side suffer from autoimmune diseases such as
rheumetoid arthritis and lupus. I have been tested for hypothyroid but
always fall within the "low normal range". However, I exercise
diligently (hour and a half on a treadmill four times a week) and watch
my diet, but I continue to gain weight. I'm starting to think that I'm
crazy. I have also been having severe migraines for almost a year,
several bad enough to have landed me in the hospital. I'm fatigued all
of the time and feel midly depressed. I don't have any health insurance
right now, but I'm starting to believe that I really must be hypothyroid.
Can anyone suggest some herbal or homeopathic things that I can do to
help alleviate my symptoms. I feel like I'm at the end of my rope
healthwise. Any suggestions. Thanks, Sallette
