I think the main concern, dietarily, is that you avoid all forms of seafood. At
least that's what I was told before I had my thyroid scan.
The best thing for you to do would be to ask the radiologist or your
endocrinologist (or both). Usually, if they give me a list of things *not* to
eat, I figure I should avoid anything not on the list that's closely related
(e.g., if the list includes milk, I'll avoid all dairy products), and should be
able to eat everything else.
