My experience with Carpal Tunnel was very similiar to Julia's.  I am not
bothered by pain during any activity...only numbness and decreased
strength and mobility.  But at night, it is almost unbearable!  I have
to sleep with splints on both arms.
I am also taking Naprosyn twice a day for this condition, in addition to
the B6.
