Hi there - I'm new and have not introduced myself, but I could not help but
jump right in.

This sounds exactly like my experience.  And it's BS.  He's trying to cover
his own incompetance.

That was also my experience.

Sorry, we have one here in Canada and it was no help.  There is usually on
specialist "God" in the city and that's who everyone gets :(
