Hi Everyone,

I attended the 2006 CD Syposium last weekend in New York, NY.  I have a 
summary document that I developed and distributed to my support group.  If 
anyone would like a copy then please send me an email at:

It is a rather large document because I attached in some other 
articles/papers that (although not distributed at the symposium) are 
relevant to the topics.

It was a wonderful conference and Dr. Green and his team did a superb job!!
In fact, it was so successful they will be holding bi-annual conferences to 
offset this syposium (also bi-annual but will not be back in the states for 
another 14 years)!  We owe Dr. Green (and all the medical professionals) 
our undying support for all he (they) has done for us...
