Angel,
I think they are ttalking about those that threaten you if you do respond, 
pass it on, or take some kind of action.  Have you never receive some of 
those message that practically curse you for not forwarding to ten people? 
or those chain emails.
I think that is what b\is being spoken about.

There is nothing wrong with what you have sent.
     Personally, if all of us would just stop a moment and ask the Lord if 
their message should be forwarded, then I believe things will balance out.
