Angel,

An intercessor isn't praying for you, they are praying with you.  We don't
pray to intercessors because there is no need when you can pray directly to
the Father through Jesus Christ.  It might sound confusing but that's only
because humans are explaining it.  Jesus isn't confused about it at all.
