Hi,
I just wanted to alert people and see if this is the case for all barrels or if it is certain companies.

I saw a special on wine makers and they covered how the barrels were made. In the process a wheat glue is made to seal the barrels bottoms and tops to prevent leaking.
Therefore even if the wine is gluten free...it would now be contaminated from the barrel, right??? So we have to check and see how the barrels are made now?
Thanks,
Kay White
