Dear List,

It seems as though not many people on this list have visited Puerto Rico. There was a post from a returning vacationer last week but he only mentioned one restaurant in the area of Fajardo where he and his family stayed. They had packed a suitcase full of gluten free staples.

I had only 3 other responses; two were duplicates, items that my sister and another list member had saved from previous posts. And neither mentioned restaurants in the areas we'll be staying. I seriously doubt I'll have problems eating out as I'm assuming there will be plenty of fresh seafood choices as well as steaks, which can always be ordered unseasoned. We'll most likely eat breakfasts in and will buy lunch staples so we can pack for our daytrips.

  Thanks for the help!

  Colleen
