-Salena's Mexican Restaurant, Goodman Street in
Village Gate Square, Rochester: The staff is very good
about all food allergies, a lot of the dishes are
naturally gluten free.  

-Mario's Steak House (I know it's a strange name for
veggie friendly food!)2740 Via Abruzzi, Pittsford:  They have a gluten
free menu with great vegetarian dishes, including pasta, just ask for

Wegmans supermarket with its wonderful stock of gluten free items


-Simply Crepes, Pittsford: They have buckwheat crepes
as one of the options on their main menu.

-Slice of Napa (pizza), Victor: They make a good
gluten free pizza and are very careful about
contamination.  Call before going though because they
run out of the crust they make.

Golden Phoenix: Chinese and Thai food. Has a gluten-free menu Milanda is no 
longer at the Golden Phoenix. New management took over but gluten free menu 
still available. Last time I was there it was on the back cover of the 
regular menu.

King And I: Cuisine of Thailand. The management of this restaurant is very
knowledgeable about the needs of celiac patrons. Make sure you say you need gluten free before ordering. Located at 1475 E. 
Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY.

Pizza Plant: Located at 8020 Transit Road in Williamsville, (716) 632-0800. 
On Wednesday, and only on Wednesday, you can order gluten-free pizzas to eat 
there or take out.  Additionally, the Pizza Plant has also been offering 
gluten-free pasta and, when available, gluten free beer!

Biaggi's Italian chain restaurant with a location at Eastview Mall. They 
carry gluten-free pasta from Enjoy Life Foods and have a printable 
gluten-free menu.

P. F. Chang's China Bistro Upscale Chinese chain restaurant with a location 
in Eastview Mall and a printable gluten-free menu.
