Dear Listmates - 
Thank you for all the responses! 
Everyone said that Kraft lists allergens as well as ingredients. 
It is gluten-free. 

I checked the Kraft website. They say that if the modified food 
starch is not corn, they list the source. Their vinegar is distilled.
So it is a gluten-free product. It also has a great flavor. We were 
having porkchops for dinner.
