Hi, I had the chance to use a spectrum analyzer taht went down that far,
but I heard absolutely nothing.  Have you or anyone heard that 155-281
band that is used as antoher broadcast band?  What about that time signal
on 60 KHz does it use voice like the WWV on HF/
