Howard,
JFW reads the titlebar in Winamp (and several other things) so well because
of some very good third-party scripts. JFW's performance with Winamp
illustrates how much power and control there is in scripting. Having said
that, however, I believe that scripts should not become permanent solutions,
and that their functionality should eventually be built into the screen
reader engine itself. Some of the problems with the current version of JFW
are, in my opinion, the result of relying too heavily on scripting.
