I wrote a little python script to check the swr of the antenna connected
to my TS-570DG.
All you do is execute the script passing the starting and ending
frequencies and an optional frequency step. The program saves your
frequency, power level, mode and antenna-tuner setting and restores them
after performing the measurements. Measurements are done using AM mode
with 5 watts power.
No, it's not as good as the MFJ-209, but it give you a rough idea of
your antenna resonance point. Below is a sample output from the script.
