I know it won't with the kenwoods but there is a memory management option in
the tools menu, it's a free program so you might want to try it. I can say
though, don't waste the $100+ for the cable from icom, RT systems has one
just as good I have for the 706 which is a lot cheaper. Most who have it say
it works just as well.
