Is this Icom ic v-82 radio a mobile or a hand held?

I have been very tempted by the Icom IC-V82, Universal Radio has it for $120
after $10 mail-in rebate.  This is a great price for a monobander.  For only
$190 more <ouch> you can add the UT-118 D-star board.  I don't know of any
D-Star repeaters in my area so I would wait a while to get the digital
board, but I think soon these digital radios will catch on.

There's a group in this area testing d-star on 1.2 Ghz, but I don't have any
gear for this band.
