Hi All,

Ok, since I complained gently about off topic postings, I apologize in
advance.  I really do have a dilemma with which I could use some help.  I am
running Windows XP Home on this computer and early last week my CD rom
drives simply disappeared from the list in Windows Explorer.  Where I used
to have D and E drives as CD RW and DVD RW drives to which you could move in
they list, they are now the former F and G and the CD and DVD are gone.

Does anyone have any idea what might cause this sort of behavior and what
the fix is?  I would certainly appreciate any ideas.
