Thanks so much.  I've looked these up, a bit what I can find.  They look
really good.   But do you know of a place I could maybe get them cheaper
like used or something?  Anyone want to sell a radio?

Hi Holly:

    Congratulations on passing your test.  Here are some radios I would
recommend:
If you wanted a mobile radio, I would recommend the Kenwood Tm-G707.  It
can
be equipped with a speech chip so you can tell what frequency you are
on.
If you wanted an HT, either the Icom IC-T90a or the Kenwood TH-F6a would
be
good options.  The Icom has a CW read-out so you know what frequency you
are
on.  However, the Kenwood has a standard phone keypad.  Congratulations
again.
