A certain command was issued by the admin of the listserv until we can get a
hold of Ken.  I didn't want to say this before but I can now.  I didn't even
see Ken's subscribed to the list and I wrote him a couple of days ago and
haven't heard from him yet.  The other problem, unless he logs back on using
a different email address, is solved.
