You have several options.

1.  run a loop through a couple of rooms at the edge of the ceiling.

2.  a 50 foot piece of 300 ohm twinlead split approximately 17 feet down 
makes a decent 20 meter dipole and gives a feedline of around 33 feet.  If 
memory serves this will repeat the 75 ohm impedance of the dipole and give 
about a 1.5 swr.

Use one of those bnc to binding post adapters to connect to your tuner.
Finally, a simple quarter wave wire tacked to the ceiling, run to the 
center of the pl connector, and some quarter wave radials laid on the floor 
will give satisfactory results.

I have used all the above with qrp, and they work well enough.

Have a couple of ideas for minimal outdoor installations where coax would 
not be necessary if you are interested.
