Hi nr4dr,
I successfully used an out backer in doors. However it would have
performed better with a counterpoise. I had the antenna mounted on a tee mag
mount. the transmitting signals were weak on 75 from with in my metal walls
but I was getting out.
                    God bless,
                    Mark WZ0K
