Hi, Shane:

A friend of mine located a URL for the IC-207H manual in PDF.
 http://www.icom.co.jp/manual/external/transceivers/IC-207H.pdf
 If you don't have it, there is a free accessable version of Adobe Reader. 
It includes a search feature which permits you to find a specific topic in 
the manual rather than having to keep going back to the table of contents. 
It works well with my screen reading software.

We couldn't find a manual for IC-207 but hope this is the one you need.
