If you're an ARRL member, check with them and see if they can generate such
a listing.

I used to live in Eaton County when I taught at Olivet college from 1985 to
1990, before coming to Ferris. I lived in Olivet, just on the very southern
edge of the county.
Anyway, do you know where else I might look for County listings? The county
I need to get ham listings for is a large county with many small towns in
it, and I'm sure those towns have different zip codes.
I wonder if the arrl could help?
