There was a very interesting show on our local pbs fundraiser....ULTRA METABOLISM by an md...sorry didn't get his name

He spoke about celiac which he said caused inflammation in the abdominal area.  While going on a gf diet works...it is not the whole story.  He said that SUGAR causes inflammation and results in wt gain and damage to the whole body. Of course, he is also against artifical sweeteners

I'm sure this show will be on all the pbs stations in the next fundraiser, so watch for more info.....
